چکیده
Porous structures exhibiting randomly sized and distributed pores are required in biomedical applications (producing implants), materials science (developing cermet-based with desired properties), engineering (objects having controlled mass energy transfer smart agriculture (devices for soilless cultivation). In most cases, a scaffold-based method is used to design porous structures. This approach fails produce pores, which pressing need as far the aforementioned application areas concerned. Thus, more effective structure methods required. article presents how utilize fractal geometry model then print them using 3D printing technology. A mathematical procedure was developed create stochastic point clouds affine maps of predefined Iterative Function Systems (IFS)-based fractal. addition, modify given IFS fractal-generated cloud. The modification process controls self-similarity levels ultimately results pores. can be transformed into Computer-Aided Design (CAD) voxel-based modeling or other means digitization printing. efficacy proposed demonstrated by transforming Sierpinski Carpet (an IFS-based fractal) 3D-printed Other fractals than fabricate effectively. issue remains open further research.

Multimaterial additive manufacturing or three-dimensional (3D) printing of hydrogel structures provides the opportunity to engineer geometrically dependent functionalities. However, current fabrication methods are mostly limited to one type of material or only provide one type of functionality. In this paper, we report a novel method of multimaterial deposition of hydrogel structures based on a...
